14-Day Money Back Guarantee

In accordance with Belgian law, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked.

Refund Conditions

Within 14 Days of Purchase

For refund requests made within 14 days of purchase:

  • No reason is required for the refund request
  • We will issue a refund for the purchase price minus transaction fees
  • The license key will be deactivated upon processing the refund

Between 15-30 Days After Purchase

For refund requests made between 15 and 30 days after purchase:

  • Refunds will only be considered for technical issues with the plugin
  • You must provide detailed information about the technical issue experienced
  • Our technical team will review your case to verify the issue
  • If approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus transaction fees
  • The license key will be deactivated upon processing the refund

After 30 Days

We do not provide refunds for purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.

Promotional Items & Discounted Products

Please note that products purchased with promotional discounts are not eligible for refunds. This includes:

  • Special sale events
  • Discount codes
  • Bundle offers

When purchasing discounted or promotional items, all sales are final.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at Shoot@hoofdvogel.be with the following information:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number
  3. Reason for requesting a refund (required for requests after 14 days)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Transaction fees incurred during the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount
  • The exact amount of transaction fees depends on your payment method and will be communicated to you when processing your refund

License Deactivation

Upon refund approval, your license key for the Salesforce Form to Web plugin will be deactivated. Continued use of the plugin after receiving a refund is prohibited and constitutes a violation of our licensing terms.
