For verification purposes, we will match the email used to submit the request with the email in our records. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
Response Timeframes
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within:
- 45 days for California and Utah residents
- 45 days (with a possible 45-day extension) for Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut residents
If we cannot fulfill your request, we will explain why in our response.
